The Details Tim Huckabee FSC, President of FloralStrategies, and some of the world's best floral educators, teach fun, empowering and inspirational 15-minute workshops filled with practical language, techniques and ideas your staff will be happy to learn and eager to use. Access is simple and quick: just one click will take you to video library to watch your titles of choice. We even organize the classes for you by subject (design or business) and audience (staff or management). We recommend to start by watching the CORE-4, fundamental skills for taking better daily flower orders: Flower Sales 101, Customer Service 101, Upselling 101, Managing Customer Expectations 101. All of the workshops are pre-recorded to watch on your schedule. We include contact information for each instructor for any questions.
