With Custom Webinar Training, we bring our award-winning training directly to your shop by the internet. Using special software, a FloralStrategies trainer works with your staff LIVE from our offices in New York or San Diego. You will see our training panels on your screen and we keep an open dialogue to answer your questions and get feedback. The session is recorded so you can play it again whenever you want. The curriculum, as you can see below, is very comprehensive, covering walk-ins to weddings, funerals to fruit baskets, phone sales to customer service and much more.

Pick your date
When you complete the form at the bottom of this page tell us your first and second request for the date and time slot and we will confirm by phone.
The session can take place from 9am to 12pm, 130pm to 430pm or 6pm to 9pm Eastern time. You may request training for any day of the week except Sunday.  If you are on Pacific time we have a 6pm to 9pm PST slot open every Tue, Wed and Thu (it shows on the schedule as 9pm-12am Eastern Standard).

Download the materials 
Upon payment, our office will send you a link to complete a shop profile, so we can customize the session for you. You will also get a link to print the handbook for staff so they can follow along and take notes.

You don't need any special equipment but make sure your computer has a microphone (most desktop computers don't, most laptops do). Alternately, you will be shown a phone number to call to use the speakerphone on your shop or cell phone.

Attend the session
Simply gather as few or as many staff as you like in front of your shop computer and click on the link sent by email – the software will start automatically, you will see Tim’s screen and both sides can talk to each other.​​

PLEASE NOTE that since the session is recorded you do not have to worry about coordinating all your staff to attend the live session, they can watch it later. We send you the permanent file the following day.        
The fee for this session is only $795 and covered by a written guarantee that you will learn at least an extra $50,000 in the next 6 months or your money back. We are happy to split the payment: $395 upon booking and $400 two weeks after the session so the training literally pays for itself. This is a win-win investment for your business
