What exactly is a webinar?
A webinar is a live online presentation that you can view on your computer, laptop or tablet. Webinars are interactive: As a participant, you can view images and documents while listening to Tim speak. You can also join the conversation and interact with Tim and the other shops in attendance!
Do I need to be at my computer to join the webinar?
If you want to be able to ask questions and share feedback, you must join the LIVE session at the time listed above. However, with these free webinars we also give you the option to watch the recorded session, in case you cannot attend or if your shop is too busy that day. We’ll email you a link the next day to simply click and play the session as often as you like for two full months.
But how does the webinar work? I’m not great with computers!
It’s VERY easy! At the predetermined time (listed above) you will be able to log into the live session using the link that was sent by email once you registered your shop. For safe measure, the link will be emailed again one hour before the program starts. You will be asked to download SAFE software from Citrix/GoToWebinar, and the rest is automatic. Just sit back, watch and listen. You will hear the program either over your speakers or through your telephone (you will have the option to dial in on the phone number sent with your registration email).
